Social media planner - I have EN plan certain regular social media posts and EN contains the content (photos - or the links to youtube videos). I also have my client events in Evernote with reminders set that get auto added to my calendar (cronofy calendar feature). Or I'll screen shot a post on FB or instagram to do the same with. I also use it to better my photography by collecting 'how to articles' with web clipper or automated as in item #1 above. I'm a photographer hobbiest, so I manage clients and events in Evernote. I might also tag some contacts as a task item if I'm following up on a business matter or just a general follow up chat with an old friend. I'll note important details about these people, other family member names, kids names, etc - essentially whatever is good to remember and assign tags as necessary - sometimes they even get my travel tags I mentioned in #2 above - so if I'm looking up stuff in my "travel-mexico" tag, I see the friend of mine who moved there a while back so I can try to fit in a visit. It's a CRM for me - I save important notes about my friends and business relationships in Evernote - along with business cards for those with them. I generally save $5 every week at the fuel pumps thanks to evernote. I collect the occasional coupon (gas pump savings when I get groceries), so I take a photo of the coupon (evernote scannable app) and set the day before the coupon expires as a reminder to top up the vehicle with fuel using the coupon. It's a basic task list like I mentioned above - something even as simple as my grocery list goes into evernote - I can snap a photo of something not to forget at the grocery store and I tag it as grocery-needed - my grocery list is saved search on that grocery-needed tag. When I'm actually travelling, important notes like hotel details, flight details, a trip plan, etc., go into a separate notebook that is flagged as 'offline' in my phone so it's always accessible even if internet isn't. It's also my travel planner - a notebook collects all the places I want to travel to - I tag those with the location (ex travel-usa-utah) and then tag it with the theme of travel (ie travel-theme-offroad) and when I want to travel to a specific place, I can search the location tag to see what all I can do there of interest - or I can search on my type of travel idea to see what I have tagged for that and where the best place might be for me to go on the next trip. I use it as an RSS feed reeder - having web site blog feeds dumped into an evernote notebook by IFTTT triggers. from my weekly grocery list to saving money at the fuel pumps all the way to managing multi million dollar projects and the staff that comes along with that as well.
